The product designs, photography, and digital content featured on this site are the property of Alpin Mountain Company.
All products are built in the US and are guaranteed for a lifetime against manufacturer defects. If you blow a seam or your webbing unravels, we'll fix it, all you need to do is pay the shipping to mail it to us (email for address) and we'll pay the shipping to send it back to you. Repair services are offered at a fair price for normal wear and tear on non-manufacturer related issues (punctures, rips, burns, zipper failure, etc.).
Merchandise purchased from the site must be returned within 14 days from ship date. The product must be enroute within the return period, or it cannot be accepted.
Please note the merchandise must be returned in the same manner as it was sent to you (the customer). Upon receiving the package, our returns department will assess the condition of the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
All merchandise must be packaged to ensure safe delivery to Alpin Mountain Company. Alpin is not responsible for any damages upon receipt of return.
Please allow up to 48 business hours upon arrival for refunds or exchanges to be made.
